WHY THE RESULT OF 2024 Nov Elections- Resisting something is still giving it energy.

The principle that "energy flows where attention goes" is a powerful concept in understanding how our focus shapes our experiences and the reality around us.

When we place our attention on something, we're directing our energy towards it, whether that attention is positive or negative. Even if our focus is on resisting or rejecting something we don't want, we are still giving it energy. This is why resistance often ends up reinforcing what we resist rather than dissolving it.

Here’s a deeper dive into why this happens and the lesson we can take from it:

1. The Law of Attraction and Focus

The law of attraction suggests that what we focus on expands. When we resist something, we're still giving it our attention, albeit in a negative way. For example, if someone constantly thinks, "I don't want to be poor," their focus is still on poverty. The universe doesn't differentiate between "want" and "don't want"; it only registers the energy and attention you're giving to the concept of poverty. In doing so, it tends to attract more of that experience because that's where the focus lies.

2. Energy of Resistance vs. Energy of Allowance

Resistance itself is a form of energy. It often carries a vibration of fear, frustration, or anger. By resisting, we are essentially pushing against a current, which can drain our energy and keep us stuck in a cycle of struggle. The key is to shift from resisting what we don't want to allowing and embracing what we do want. This change in focus moves our energy from a lower vibration (resistance) to a higher one (acceptance, love, desire).

3. Feeding the Desired Outcome

Instead of resisting what we dislike or fear, we can consciously redirect our attention and energy to what we desire to see. By feeding only what we want, we empower those outcomes to grow. This approach aligns with the practice of positive visualization and affirmation—focusing on the feelings and experiences we wish to manifest.

For example:

Instead of thinking, "I don't want conflict," shift to "I want harmony and understanding."

Instead of saying, "I don't want to feel anxious," choose "I want to feel calm and centered."

This practice is about consciously choosing where we place our focus and nurturing the seeds of our desires rather than the weeds of our fears.

4. Surrender and Flow

Another lesson here is the power of surrender. Surrender doesn’t mean giving up; it means releasing the need to control or resist outcomes. When we surrender, we acknowledge that our energy is best used towards things we can influence positively rather than fighting against what we can't control. This creates a natural flow, where our energy aligns with our highest desires, and we can more effortlessly attract the outcomes we seek.

In Essence:

Resisting something is still giving it energy.

Redirect your focus to what you want to grow.

Nurture your desires by giving them attention and energy.

Surrender the need to resist, and instead embrace the flow of creating what you wish to see.

This approach is a form of conscious creation, where we use our attention as a tool to channel energy towards our highest goals, dreams, and the loving reality we wish to manifest.
